Lundy Elementary School Motto: "A School With a View!"
The Earl B. Lundy Elementary School at Mt. Charleston is part of the Clark County School District and services children from Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Clark County Parks and Recreation Program, an after school program, begins after school each day to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and runs through the summer months.
Lundy Elementary School is located within five minutes travel from anywhere in Kyle Canyon or walking distance from the subdivisions. The school motto, "A School With a View" is characteristic of the rustic, lush mountain scenery.
Lundy Elementary School is a two classroom school with gymnasium and library, with children benefiting from a student to teacher ratio among the lowest in Clark County, with an average total attendance of approximately 20 children. Two full-time teachers, one teacher assistant, speciality teachers and secretary staff the school.
Lundy Elementary School children benefit from a thoroughly modern facility. Completely remodeled and updated in 1998, amenities include: fully equipped modern classrooms, library, computer lab, teacher lounge, playground and an inside gymnasium. Our three children attended this country school, kindergarten through fifth grade!
Clark County School District provides transportation (via school bus) to and from Indian Springs Middle and High School for 6th through 12th grades. (Indian Springs is approximately a 40-minute

drive northwest of Mt. Charleston.)
