Charleston Realty, Inc. team allows for all our team members to perform at an unparalleled level in this department.What is your philosophy on creating a great client experience?
Steven: Creating an environment in which our clients feel at ease and confident throughout every step of the buying/selling process. As Realtors, we often have to embrace a multitude of roles for our clients, whether that’s simply listening to concerns that they may have or motivating others to accomplish tasks on their behalf - it’s vital to provide an atmosphere in which they know they can count on us to act with exceeding excellence.What do you like most about working with our family owned and operated team?
Steven: Our team is truly invested in the success of one another, which in turn improves the quality of service we can provide to our clients. We consistently find ourselves together, whether that’s at a formally scheduled meeting or an impromptu family breakfast. We always have detailed conversations about how we can enhance various facets of our business and innovate the ways in which we can provide a successful transaction for our clients, friends and family.
